We offer returns and exchanges for any of our products purchased online, giving you added peace of mind when purchasing with us. You can choose from the following two options:
1. A full refund as long as the return complies with our requirements below, Ladage Bonton will be happy to provide you with a full refund (minus the shipping fees).
2. An exchange.
CONDITIONS:
The hang-tag attached to your item must not be removed;
The return or exchange must be flagged to our customer service team at admin@ladagebonton.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the item;
The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when it was first received;
All paperwork and receipts must be returned alongside the item;
The item must be returned to our premises within 7 working days of you first receiving the goods.
REFUND PAYMENTS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted and recognised on your bank statements.

RETURN LOGISTICS
All returns must be made to Ladage Bonton via a courier of your choice. We strongly recommend a signed for delivery orbinsuring the item upon delivery for an added fee - this will protect you from any damage/theft whilst the product is in transit.
Unfortunately, when requesting a refund/exchange you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to do so. Please note, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Ladage Bonton authenticates every vintage or preloved item to ensure that the items sold on the site are 100% genuine.
Ladage Bonton is committed to quality, fairness and authenticity. We believe that our customers deserve to have peace of mind when buying from us. We have a three step process to ensure that all our preloved and vintage items are 100% authentic:
All vintage and Preloved items currently on our site are a personal property of Ladage Bonton. We know the source of all of our item(s) and where they originated/bought from with proof of purchase wherever possible.
Any future vintage items added which were not originally procured by Ladage Bonton will go through thorough expert examinations and will have been procured exclusively from professionals that specialise in vintage designer fashion and who have experts onsite to authenticate items before shipping.
Any vintage item purchase from a third party vintage expert or retailer will be thoroughly cross-examined and checked for quality control.
Every item will then go through a final quality control check before making decision on whether the item will be sold through our website or not.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Please note, cancelled orders will come at the expense of the buyer. Ladage Bonton will pass on the expense of any cancelled orders to the buyer - note that all orders are subject to a 1% processing fee, which Ladage Bonton will recharge and deduct from the refundable amount.
